How It Works:

Referral Benefit – A referred contact must complete a lease, purchase, sublet, or sale within 18 months to maintain eligibility.
Non-Transferable – The incentive applies only to the referring tenant; the referred party does not receive a commission waiver.
Structured Agreement – If the referral terms are not met, a commission of 7.5% of the first year’s rent will be deemed payable.
